For Condo Sales

Breaking news comes from the National Association of Realtors related to FHA rules for condos. If you aren't familiar with existing rules, a condominium community must decide to spend some of its budget doing paperwork to keep its FHA certification current that would allow borrowers to use an FHA loan, translating to the ability to purchase a condominium with a smaller amount as a down payment.

This fall, I will resume this awesome class designed to dispel commonly held myths (no you don't need 20% down) and empower you via the planning process to purchase a home. When is the best time to take a first time home buyer class?

As an answer, let's look at this Chinese proverb: "The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now." In other words, whether you're ready to buy now or five years from now, gathering the right information will set your course to success!
